The project focused on creating a fully functional mobile betting app from scratch based on the existing desktop platform.

The Chalange

The existing desktop platform was not optimized for mobile, leading to slow interactions and a cumbersome betting experience. Key challenges included:

  • Complex navigation and inefficient bet placement workflow
  • Limited access to live betting features on mobile
  • Users needing a faster, more intuitive interface to engage with sports betting

The Solution

A mobile-first design approach was implemented, transforming desktop workflows into a clear, touch-friendly interface. The betting flow was simplified to reduce the number of taps and speed up actions. Key features, such as live bets and odds updates, were made more accessible, while the overall layout focused on usability, speed, and engagement for mobile users.
